Do not cook meat with milk

  

 “Do not cook a kid in its mother’s milk” Shmoth 23:19

 

If someone cook’s meat in milk with an olive size of both he should receive lashes even if he does not eat it.

 

It is forbidden to benefit from it and it should be buried.

 

It is forbidden to benefit from its ash.

 

This applies specifically to meat of a kosher animal and milk from a kosher animal even if it was a ne-veilah (-86 Prohibition) the punishment is lashes for cooking it.

 

If the meat was from a kosher animal in the milk of a non-kosher animal or

Meat from a non-kosher animal in the milk of a kosher one or

Meat of a kosher untamed animal or fowl in milk then-

Cooking and deriving benefit is permitted but not eating it.

 

This applies in all places at all times for men and women.
