Do not eat a limb of a living creature (included in laws of Bnei Noah/ mankind)
“Do not eat the life with the flesh” Devarim 12:23
By Oral tradition we learn the admonition not to eat a limb or part that was cut from a living animal.
If someone ate an olive size amount from a living animal, he should receive lashes.
If it was not sufficient to be an olive size amount he would be free from penalty.
If he ate an organ or limb from a living creature and also some flesh from a living animal, he violates 2 prohibitions. (this one and -87)
This applies in all places at all times for men and women.
