Do not encroach beyond your neighbour’s boundary, especially in the Land of Israel
“You shall not remove your neighbour’s landmark ….in your inheritance which you will inherit” Devarim 19:14
This means taking some of his land.
If one entered his neighbours domain even by a fingerbreadth, even in the Diaspora-
If done using force he is a robber.
If by stealth, he is a thief.
This applies in all places at all time for men and women.
