Do not take revenge from one’s fellow man
As it says in Vayikra 19:18 “Do not take revenge”
Revenge is doing to someone as he harmed you, for example, if one said to his friend lend me your sickle and he refuses.
The next day the other person asks if he can lend your axe.
The person replies - I will not lend it to you, just as you refused and did not borrow to me.
This is revenge whereby he extracts vengeance by repaying him according to his evil action.
This applies in all places at all times for men and women.
