Do not show honour to an eminent man in a court judgement
“Do not favour the mighty person” Vayikra 19:15
This means if people appear before him in a lawsuit one mighty and the other small, he is not to honour the great one and not to treat him cordially.
He may not greet one to any greater extent than the other.
This applies in every place at all times.
