Do not pity a poor man in judgment

‘Do not favour a poor man in his grievance” Shmos 23:3 and “do not respect the poor person” Vayikra 19:15

The judge should not say “he is an impoverished man and we have a duty to sustain him, I will declare him right in the judgement so he can be sustained with ease.”

This applies in all places at all times.
