Do not demand payment of a loan after the 7th year.
“He shall not extract from his neighbour and his brother because Gods release has been proclaimed” Devarim 15:2
All this applied when the Jubilee existed, however in our times the law of Shmittah/7th year in monetary matters is only according to the Sages.
One would not violate this prohibition but would rather be doing something forbidden by the Sages.
