Do not borrow at interest from a Jew.

“Do not charge interest to your brother” Devarim 23:20

Warning the borrower “not to pay any interest -in money, food, or on anything that is lent with interest.”

Additionally violating “Do not place a stumbling block before the blind in a certain matter” (+76)

This apllies in all places at all times for men and women.
