Do not prophesise falsehood in the name of God.
“The prophet who presumes to speak a word in My name which I have not commanded him to speak” Devarim 18: 20
This means no man is to say words were conveyed to him prophetically by God when God did not say them.
If someone violated this and prophesised falsely he is liable for death by strangulation.
This applies in all places at all times for men and women.
