Do not conjure.

 “Do not conjure" Vayikra 19:26

For example, those who give seasons or times saying “that time or month is good to do this" , or the opposite. Doing any action according to the predictions of astrologers violates this prohibition.

Someone who creates illusions and makes it appear before the spectators that he is performing some amazing deed when in truth he is doing nothing, he also violates this rule since it is included as conjurer.

However, we may follow the Torah advice for example- avoid going to court during the month of Av, rather choose Adar.

This applies in all places at all times for men and women.

Do not conjure.
