Kohen is not to marry a divorced woman.
“They shall not take a women divorced from her husband” Vayikra 21:7
By the law of the Scribes –a woman who underwent Chalitza (+46 Positive Commandment)
is forbidden to a Kohen and she and her children are considered as profaned.
If a Kohen took any of the 3 woman listed above ( -138, -139 and -140) in proper marriage and was sexually intimate with her, he should be lashed.
A woman who is doubtfully profaned or profaned by the law of the Scribes should receive lashes for disobedience.
Female Kohanim are not instructed against marrying a disqualified Kohenim.
