Do not uncover the nakedness of one’s father in homosexual intimacy.
“The nakedness of your father ……you shall not uncover “Vayikra 18:7
This prohibition is in addition to the ban on homosexuality ( -116)
If a person violated this and was sexually intimate with one’s father with the entry of the nimbus
Where there were witnesses and a warning both deserve death by stoning.
If there were no witnesses and done deliberately the punishment is spiritual severance.
If done unwittingly two sin offering are required. (includes -116)
This is in effect in all places at all times
