Do not be in close contact with forbidden relations even without sexual intimacy
“Any man shall not approach a close relation to uncover nakedness” Vayikra 18:6
This means for example hugging and kissing as these things lead to “uncovering nakedness”
Violation of this by hugging, kissing or being in close physical proximity, deserves lashes and is suspected of immorality.
It is forbidden to wink or signal or play with them or smell their perfume on them or gaze at their beauty.
Nothing should be done that leads to improper fantasy.
It is forbidden to unnecessarily produce a seminal emission, this being a very serious sin.
He is in a state of excommunication for deliberately bringing an erection.
The Sages commanded us to marry off one’s sons and daughters close to their age of maturity for if not they will be lead to immorality and improper fantasy.
It is forbidden to marry a woman to a minor as it’s like immorality.
A young man should not marry an old woman, nor should an old man marry a young girl, as that leads to immorality.
It is forbidden to be in private with a forbidden relation and forbidden to be alone with a single girl.
If someone is alone in private with a woman with whom its forbidden to be alone both should be lashed for disobedience and this misdeed should be proclaimed-except for a married woman.
Although it is forbidden to be alone with her, no flogging is given nor is it proclaimed so as not to cause slander about her children.
This applies in all places at all times for men and woman.
