Do not eat fruit from a tree in the first three years after being planting
“for 3 years it shall be forbidden to you, it shall not be eaten “Vayikra 19:23
Even if it is uncertain if it is fruit of the first 3 years, it is forbidden.
There is a law given to Moses at Sinai that outside the land of Israel - what is certainly fruit of the first three years is forbidden while uncertain fruit of the first three years is permissible
Over certain undisputed fruit of the first three years in the land of Israel the punishment is lashes and other countries the penalty is lashes for disobedience.
This applies to man and women.
